             In order to enhance the exchange in the industry and learn fromthe excellent management mode, our company organized senior utives,department heads and the core staffs to visit and study from Chengdu New SunCorp Science Co., Ltd. on July 7^th2017. We made in-depth exchangewith the vice-General Manager of New Sun Corp Yang Xiliang and his managementteam.

This study tour consisted of three parts. The first part was tovisit the 1000 mu Kiwi fruit base located at the Luping Village, Daxing Town,Pujiang County. The Director of New Sun Corp Research Center Ren Dan explainedthe operation mode, production technology and site management in detail. Duringthe visit, the burning sun hardly lowered the enthusiasm of discussion.

After the visit to the Kiwi fruit base, there came the second part, that is, to visit the production base, including the exhibition hall, packing workshop, production testing center, so as to get a further insight into the management mode and production type. The participators were deeply enlightened.

At 13:30, the third part began, that is, to make exchanges inthe meeting room of the New Sun Corp. Firstly, the vice-General Manager of NewSun Corp Yang Xiliang addressed a speech and introduced their management team.Next, our General Manager Assistant Li Bin made his speech and introduced ourvisit team. After an introduction of each other’s development and relevanttechnology, there came the further discussion and exchanges of the direction ofbio-pesticide development, the potential risks and opportunities, as well asthe management mode and conceptions. This comprehensive face-to-facecommunication benefited both sides a lot.

In the return journey, everyone was talking about this studyexperience. They all thought that this study trip allowed them to gain a betterand closer understanding of the management mode and conception of theenterprises of the same industry and there were much to learn.
